I have a place here in town that makes foam that works great on R/C wings, but shipping it will only increase the cost.  

Try looking in the yellow pages and see if there is some foam molding company in your area.

  I'm looking for a source to purchase some blocks of foam for cutting wing cores, stabs and rudders. I want to be able to get foam that I can cut for Pattern Planes, as well as IMAC size 35% or 40% planes.
