avoidance-er uh 45 down snappin'

I have added the option to fly the Embleman turn and 45 snap in intermediate 
at the Nederland Texas contest but only if 100% of all Intermediate pilots 
indicate on their entry form that they want to fly it. It is posted that way 
on the AMA sanction request that I submitted. Start practicing.
