ST 1.20/1.40 noise

I run 15% Ritches Brew 17X10N APC at 8400prm.  Seems to run best on this prop as it spools up a little better but the dowlines suffer somewhat.  
Karl's headers are the best I have seen.  What are we going to do when he stops producing them?
