Hi Roger.....Bill sold his hobby shop and it is still open at a
different location further East in Tulsa.
The last time I talked with him he had opened an aircraft repair
facility after he left A.A.
I don't know if he is active with R/C but I'll bet that he is.

    We use to live near Tulsa/Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and Bill's Malibu
was a popular plane for the area.  I had one for a number of years.  The
plans were very basic but all the information needed to build his
fiberglass and foam kit were present.  Everytime I see a picture in
Model Aviation or elsewhere with wings of Red, Gold and Black span wise,
I wonder if they were influenced by Bill's personal layout?
    What ever happened to Bill?  Is he still flying?
