Weights

I have an EMC2 I'm getting close to finish. Right now, everything EXCEPT paint, monkote, control horns on rud/ele and ailerons and mk ball bearing control ends I'm at exactly 10lbs. Is it feasible to get this plane under the 11lb limit ??
