Iron Bay Fuel Regulators

I've been trying to order a fuel regulator from Iron Bay for my OS 1.60.  I cannot get an answer at the number listed on the web, and their site does not take orders nor does it list hours of business.  Anyone know when they are there to take orders?  Anyone stock them?
