Quest trimming

I've got 12 flights on my Quest with YS91FZ. In a vertical climb the
plane yaws to the left. I have increased right thrust to where I
believe it is more than 2 degrees but still have this towards the top of
the climb.. Could something else cause this problem?

In the trim chart for balance it says to put the plane in a 60 degree
bank. If the nose drops, add weight to the tail. Does this mean that
when you make the bank, the nose of the plane should not drop with no
back pressure on the elevator?

TIA,

Jerry Wilson
