servo question

Question,

The trick in IMAC is to bump the ATV up as high as it goes (140 % on some radios). Then use mechanical means to adjust throws. I am told this increases servo resolution. I must confess that I do not do this on my Focus, so I have no idea if it applies to the this application.

I also find, as I think was mentioned, that I need less expo with digitals to prevent over controlling. I do not have a lot of experience with coreless servos in a pattern plane, so I guess I do not fully understand the "coreless: feel. I've used a lot of 9202's in 3D planes, UCD 3D, profiles etc, so I doubt highly that I can relate that "feel" to that of a smooth, precise, pattern plane.

Thoughts?
