I learned this from Donny Wright. . . haven't had one come off or flop
around in flight yet.
1) Install your axle onto the fixed gear
2) Dremel out an inverted "U" in the wheel pant so it slips down over the
axle into position.
3) Clamp the wheel pant in place and drill two holes, (either 4-40 or 2-56)
thru the fixed gear next to the axle and thru the reinforced part of the
wheel pant.
4) Take off the wheel pant, redrill the two new holes for blind nuts and
install the 4-40 or 2-56 bolts
Now the wheel pant will slip over the wheel without having to take off the
axle, and it is secured with the small bolts.
Wish I had a digital camera to take some pictures. If you need some
pictures, e-mail me and I'll get some for you.

Today President Bush announced that all this time he's been misprouncing the
word "Iraq." He said it's actually pronounced "Syria." - Jay Leno
