wheel pant installation

Looking for wheel pant installation to fixed gear recommendations,
preferences, and comments 

a) Single small bolt through the wheel pant's reinforcement ply to a T-nut
above the axle
b) SIG wheel pant attachment bracket with a brass collar and bolt tightening
onto the axle
c) ???
