OD of 1/4-20 nylon bolts

[Woodward James R Civ 412 TW/DRP (Test Ops)]

Would someone be so kind as to measure the thread outer diameter of a ¼-20
nylon bolt?  I want to order some carbon rods that have an ID that will fit
the ¼-20 nylon bolt.  I'll use these as chases for the nylon bolts.
