Exhaust temperature

FWIW:  Gas temps are higher than skin temps. I have measured skin temps from
the head along the header and pipe using an IR device. On a 4-stroke, head
temps were 125 to 250 deg F (depending on locaton on the head). Header temps
250-450 deg F. On a 2-stroke (Webra 1.45), I measured the temp near the
coupler on a 2-stroke at less than 100-deg F. Head temps from 100 to 160 deg
F (depending on location on the head).
