Hi Bill,

I had some totally bizarre, never seen before, nearly catastrophic,
interference in my plane the other day, 2 flights in a row. That night, I
changed to a new transmitter that I had coincidently waiting to use, 9WCII,
a new 9 channel PCM receiver (different channel), and a new battery pack -
all on my only flying pattern plane. I'm happy to say that everything has
been performing well. I'm going to send in the way-old equipment I took out
for service.

Anybody out there who doesn't "prove" a new radio by flying it in a
"beater?"
Probably not many, is my guess. Even though radios nowadays are far better
than
when I started, still and all, Murphy is with us yet. Or maybe it's just me
he
favors with his constant presence?<G>
