Aluminum welding

[Woodward James R Civ 412 TW/DRP]

Can welding AL be this easy?  http://durafix.com/

This site has a 3 -1 rod called "Durafix" that is stated as being used for
welding AL, without a welder.  Just need a torch.  Has anyone seen this?
