Terry,
I have always set the crankcase in the oven at 250 deg F for about 30 min.
then take it out, set the crankcase down on a wooden cutting block and tap
the crank shaft with a rubber or plastic hammer. It always dropped out
immediately.

Subject: BEARING REPLACEMENT

I have a YS 91 fully disassembled....except for getting the crank shaft
out of the case so I can remove the bearings!
I have been trying to get it out by "tapping" it with a plastic hammer,
but have only been able to move it ablut 1/8th inch.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Maybe I should just send
the case to Pervormance Products and let Rich do it!
