2 Elevator Servos?

Works fine for me with the 9ZAP using ailevator function.
The MK bellcrank mounted in the fuse with 1 servo works good too.
As Troy said, if your 9C does not have the ailevator function like the
9ZAP,
don't use a programmable mixer as one of the servos may start to move
slightly
later than the other IF you slam the elevator stick from lock to lock.
If you move the stick slowly as if you were flying the delay is not
noticeable
and won't affect anything. The total travel and center may have to be
individually
adjusted slightly for your setup.
I had a severe problem with this with the JR PCM-10. I changed the rx &
tx to FM
and the problem went away.
The Futaba 9 ZAP using ailevator on PCM does not have this problem.

Matt' I have been flying pattern planes for the last couple years with
one servo on each elevator. I know you don't want to here this but I do
not recommend it nor will I ever do another that way. In my opinion you
would be much better off using a bell crank or pull pull or something .
just my opinion.

Subject: 2 Elevator Servos?

Hi All,

I'm putting a new airplane together that has 2 elevator servos installed
in the stab. I'm using a Futaba 9CAP and was wondering which is better,
plug both servos into a Y and use one channel, or use 2 channels and mix
them.

I seem to remember something about the slave channel having some in
transit lag time on mixed 2 elevator setups?

All opinions appreciated.

Regards,

Matt
