I should say that at this time, there is no proposal in front of the
committee as far as I know, they were simply off the cuff remarks as to
where things were thought to be heading.  I had been under the assumption
that noise levels would be lowered, which was how the conversations started.
These were not (conversations) with Bob.

What I did discuss with Bob was the ranking of smooth and grace above
positioning.  My argument was that the former was subjective.  Given the
moans about subjective judging, I felt that positioning should be higher.
To his credit, Bob said he would consider this.  Can't ask more than that.
