Tuned pipe differences 120 4c & 145 Webra 2c

I am returning to pattern with a swallow to start powered by an OS 120 4
cycle which I already have and want to get a pipe for it.  However, my
larger plan is to get a Webra 1.45 in the near future for a full blown
2meter ship.  Being on a bit of a budget I was hoping I could get a pipe
that would work on either.Is this possible and does anyone have any
recommendations?  I was pondering a Macs for the price...
