I also submitted an annex proposal based on the survey responses.  It 
would remove the maneuver descriptions and maneuver schedules from the 
AMA rule book and put them in an annex which would be controlled and 
published by NSRCA.  Changes to either the maneuver descriptions or the 
maneuver schedules would be based on 60% affirmative responses to 
surveys of NSRCA members via either the K-Factor or direct mailing.  The 
maneuver descriptions and schedules would be published by the end of 
September every year (even if there were no changes).  The maneuver 
schedules would be published in the NSRCA and AMA web sites, in the 
K-Factor and in Model Aviation.  The maneuver descriptions would be 
published in the NSRCA and AMA web sites.  Changed maneuver schedules 
would be effective on the first of January after publication.
