Jet White Luster Coat Paint

Lustercoat has been in DISMAL supply for almost 2 years now.  I have been trying to get a new display with all the colors, and they are just not available.

  Wow! I've been searching the local hobby shops too.  They are all out but say it should be in in a week.  I wonder what's up with this?  Conspiracy?
