K-factor- overseas members perspective

You have very good points!  Having a "CD" or "on-line" K-Factor will be most
benificial to our overseas members as it would cut cost and delivery time to
a point that I think we would see an increase in membership from these
areas.

Content has also been brought up by many, many members in my district.  I'm
sure this will also be addressed.  I think all of your points will be of
interest to the current board.  I KNOW it will be of interest of me, if I am
the new NSRCA President!  My number one item that I will have to put my
energy into is getting the K-Factor fixed, that's for sure.  Thre are a lot
of unhappy members right now, and rightfully so.  I am fully aware of this
(as is the current board) and I can assure you that this problem will be
corrected, one way or another.
