Focus Wing Tube

My memory is the pits. if I remember correctly (hope Lee answers here) the ply bulkhead is the culpript and I had to ream mine to get the tube through; that was  over a year ago.

    Anybody got any ideas on how to get the wing tube spar into the wing on a focus. If I force it any more, it will break something. About 9 inches is all I can achieve.

    I ran into the same problem on both of the ARC versions I am putting together.  Use the RC Model Enterprises carbon fiber tube.  It is machined, and has a more accurate (i.e. slightly smaller, and more uniform) o.d.  Cut the socket out of the fuse, and replace it with the a carbon fiiber socket while you are at it.
