2003 contest dates - North-East states and Eastern Canada

That is an interesting idea. You are right about a good part of the
Canadians going to US contests.
I have been thinking lately about a Eastern Canadian Championship that would
take into account the results of the Canadian contests. Maybe we could allow
one US contest result per pilot also.
