At this point, we will have to take a close look at the issue AMA and Dave
Brown have with this proposal.  I will start looking into this process as
soon as I am in office.  I would be happy to hear from any of you as to the
direction you would like NSRCA to go on this proposal.  It seems that we
want the same liberties that IMAC has, and if wording will acomplish that,
fine.
