jDuralite Plus Batteries

Be aware that if the protective circiut in lithium ion systems fails, and
the charger over volts the pack, they turn into road flares.

Probably won't happen? You're right, it probably won't. But I know one case
very well where I'm personally about 99.9% sure it did. Either that or the
fire fairies came in and started a fire inside a brand new plane on a glass
table.

The person in question lost his house and everything he owned. He was almost
killed.

What you do with this info is up to you. Personally, I'll never put a
lithium ion pack in my house until MAJOR improvements and precautions are
made. I can't get the smell out of those shoes from walking through that
charred house picking up burned and melted planes.

Just a heads up. Do what you want, I'm not on a crusade against lithium ion
batteries. But the manufacturers are not very forthcoming about the REAL
dangers if something goes wrong. So consider this an extra caution on the
package. Don't charge them unsupervised. have a fire extinguisher ready. Or
just ignore me and roll the dice, it's your life.

And that's all I have to say about that...
