Most vibration dampening mounts will sag under the weight of the engine.
If possible install a nose ring; it will eliminate your sagging engine
problem. Also, a sagging engine will cause the plane to be out of trim
during the airplanes flight envelope; you'll be chasing the trim.

Subject: Dave Brown Vibra Damp T Beam
I have this mount on an ENYA 1.2 4 stroke. The engine is mounted
sideways. My problem is that the engine sags in the mount so that the
alignment is lost after it is run. This caused a bind in the throttle
linkage. Is this a common problem with this mount? The screws are very
tight.
I would appreciate any advice from anyone with experience with this
mount.
thanks,
Jerry
