Potential locations are Muncie or Blythedale. Obviously, a key benchmark in proceeding is the number of participants. Each district is checking with its members to determine who would be attending. Very tentative schedules would be Muncie on same dates as previously scheduled for Nats. Or late September for Blytheville. Sorry that I can't be more specific but the logistics are very fluid. (Changing a tire at 60 mph comes to mind.)
