Hi Tim,
Sorry to hear that you're having problems with the judging certification. I CCed Derek Koopowitz, the NSRCA webmaster, on your email. I just completed my certification, and it worked well without any issues. I didn't pass the first time, but that was due to my mistakes, not the website's. It looks like it's working well for MEMBERS, but maybe not for non-members.

I’m not having any luck getting into the idiotic NSRCA website to sign up for judging info so I can be certified.    I have been an NSRCA member in the past but haven’t yet renewed for this year.    But I can’t get past the moronic register and join gates on the website and I’m tired of trying.    I fill in all the blanks an it says my email already exists in their system but there is no direction of what to do next.    I’m too old for this crap.
