[NSRCA-dist8] Pilot stations

The ones at Wenatchee are the same height or higher.  I think Redmond 
was similar also.   People can stand a foot back from the fence and it 
won't touch the radio at all... and it is plastic. and should not 
interfere with any signal.   Tell them to stop whining.
