[NSRCA-dist8] [External] Pattern Season Kick-off

>From what I can tell, they have not been created, but I may be wrong. It
looks like they have just been listed on the D8 site only. In the past, the
District VP has created the events, not the CD's. It's a lot easier for one
person to create them, versus each CD. There is a learning curve in knowing
how to set them up on the NSRCA calendar.
