Jim,

Glad to hear your response. As you can imagine there are a lot of factors
that are driving to this digital medium. The cost of publishing the paper
KFactor was becoming a challenge. And that is in the face of declining
revenue from declining NSRCA membership. We are trying to find ways to be
more relevant to the next generation and they expect more immediate
content. Added to that was the length of the timeline in getting the paper
version to the press and published. As the NSRCA organization becomes more
competent with the digital format we will be able to move away from the
monthly print cycle to a more flexible schedule of update.
