[NSRCA-dist8] 2021 Planning

Art, as usual your hard work is much appreciated. There really are just a couple of concerns I have. First off the championships being based off of 5 contests. If we weren't just coming off the Covid pandemic ( hopefully ) I would have no issue with the best 5 out of 8. Unfortunately I think that within the district ( the country really ) there will be those who have been financially hit hard and will not have recovered for the 2021 season. In spite of this they may feel the need to attend some contests however to have any hopes of a championship would have to attend 5 contests. IMO the championship needs to be based on who is the better pilot and not who is able to drop $3,000 in travel expenses throughout the season.

I will also agree with Igor about the championship contest, I feel that the last contest of the season needs to have weather considerations. Ending the season on a contest that wasn't hampered by foul weather keeps us looking forward the the next season.
