[NSRCA-dist8] Registration glitch

I received questions from several pilots about the NSRCA website
registration for the Judging Seminar. With Derek Koopowitz’ help we found
that a switch hadn’t been toggled. It is now functioning. All who are
planning to join the seminar please register as it will be a big help in
managing headcount and preparing materials for the class.
