[NSRCA-dist8] NATS

Last weekend the EB of the AMA confirmed that they will be proceeding with
the pattern NATS. As you may recall last month the NSRCA board concurred
that the organization would not be participating in this year's NATS.
Archie Stafford will be sending an update to all NSRCA members today or
tomorrow.
