[NSRCA-dist8] D-8 Sequence poll

This weekend is the first contest of the D-8 season and I suspect that a
lot of our pilots are focused on the event and haven't responded to my
quick survey. Among those who have responded the majority favor retaining
the current sequences. That said, all want to ensure that we don't get out
of phase with the FAI schedule.
