[NSRCA-dist8] Medford

Greetings fellow D-8 pilots,

I'm taking it as a good sign that there are no troubling communications
flowing among everyone; interpretation: we are all disciplined and healthy
in living with the virus.

It has been a challenging flying and contest season for all of us in D-8,
and within the other NSRCA districts as well. Once again a huge thanks to
Rex and John for producing worthy contests in Redmond and Molalla. The last
event on our calendar is the Medford contest. If you still have some
competitive juices think about joining us. A flyer with details is
attached. Several reminders to add:
* Please, please register on the D-8 event page. It is a huge help.
* Bring your own headphones/ear buds for the scoring pods.
* Bring water and food as it will not be provided at the field.
* Hand sanitizer & wipes will be available, bring your own if you choose.

The Medford club has remained active during most of the pandemic but has
set social distancing policies/practices for all events at the field. CD
Sean Mersh will be reminding all of those protocols.

Late September typically offers the best flying weather of the year, charge
your batteries once more and sign up.
