[NSRCA-dist8] Judging Refresher

It's unfortunate that we got outflanked by the virus in trying to hold our
judging seminar. And even though it's really late in our season a little
brush up on our responsibilities as judges is always in order.

Justin Wells, who is the DVP for District 6, the south/central states has
worked with Don Ramsey in putting together a YouTube video on key
components of equitable judging. He advised that they are working on
others, to be seen in the future.
