[NSRCA-dist8] Redmond

Gordon,
I just noticed your email below, and thought I would let you know that 
my wife and I live in Prineville, 30 minutes away from the Redmond 
field, and  plan to be around the few days prior to the Redmond contest, 
and I hope to fly in the contest as well (first time last year with the 
"Carbon-Z Splendor" foamie in intermediate class).  You and your wife 
would be welcome to stay at our place for whatever time you wished prior 
to and during the contest.   We have a separate master suite that is 
pretty comfortable.

We live a mile East of Prineville, right off Highway 26, on 80 acres, 
and I have built a 50' x 400' pretty smooth grass runway that I mow at 1 
1/2 inches, so it makes a pretty good practice runway.

We would be glad to have you stay with us,  if lodging is the primary 
consideration.

I have upgraded to a Caelus fiberglass plane this spring, so I am 
enjoying that, as long as I can keep it in one piece!
