[NSRCA-dist8] Contest poll

I nominate Karl to CD the Boise contest next year; all in favor say "I".

All kidding aside, I would really like to have a contest date for next
year. Our club requires a membership contest approval vote. We only have
three more general meetings this year and I would like to get it approved
before new club officers are elected for next year.
