I got registered for Redmond.  This should be a useful tool for CD's to use
while prepping for upcoming contests.  Sorry about the engine Jim, I didn't
mean to wear the poor thing out. :)

I have the Vanquish landing gear plate back in and the glue is drying.  I'll
add some triangle stock and glass it before I close the fuse back up.  I
hope to fly it this weekend.  The wood that was in it from the manufacturer
delaminated when I broke the gear out, the stuff just exploded.  Haven't
seen plywood do that before.

I used the on line registration, worked great. The confirmation E-mail gives
a level of authentication. Good tool.
I'll be making the leisure drive south Thursday.  See you all Friday.
Put a rear bearing in the 160 Tuesday. As suspected it was loose enough for
the shaft to start rubbing the front housing.
25 MPH wind forecasted for today. Maybe I can fly tomorrow.

The Red Apple contest results are posted on the NSRCA web site. I will post
pictures and a report in a day or two.
We had a total of 22 pilots and great weather! Everyone had a great time, we
completed 4 rounds on Saturday and 2 more on Sunday with all the flying done
before 1pm Sunday!

schedule has been updated to allow you to pre register for all the events.
