[NSRCA-dist8] Thank you Tri-Cities

Thank you Tri-Cities for a great contest. It was really great to see
everybody again. I hope to see a lot more of all of you next year.

Special thanks to Dennis, Bill and Gordon for running the contest, the
excellent scorekeepers for braving the cold, the Sterling's for a great
dinner and Brett for demonstrating  full contact Pattern.
