[NSRCA-dist8] wildhorse

This is Native American operation and I don't know if they would be
interested in expanding their operations to include an RC flying sight. It
could be potentially used by IMAC, Pattern, Soaring and scale contests
possibly more than once by some disciplines. This alone would likely be a
marginal investment return but folks traveling through may wish to stop for
RC flying as well as casino activates. How many stop to play golf and what's
the investment and ongoing maintenance? Likely much higher than a basic
flying sight. If someone could layout a proposal with the necessary
educational material and find out how to talk to who knows. Everybody knows
what golf is but few know what RC airplanes are about. I didn't take an
extensive tour of their facilities when there but it may not take much. I
don't know how much undeveloped property they have or their development
plans.
It just looked like a good place for a flying sight with a long flying
season and lots of clear air, not to mention the available amenities and no
traffic congestion. For variety Pendleton is about 4 mi west, if you can
handle the nightlife.

For the sake of conversation. How would somebody go about putting something
together like that?
