[NSRCA-dist8] Judging Seminar

Exactly right, Mike.  All judging criteria is in the AMA manual.  That's where it should all start.  It also teaches the pilot how they are supposed to fly the sequence and what they are being judged on.  You won't get all of that out of a single judging seminar!
