[NSRCA-dist8] Tri Cities Contest

I think there will be 4 or 5 in Sportsman (if that is the sequence  
they are still planning to fly); Mike Riggs, Nathan Wingert, Garrick  
from Snohomish, Wayne Lovett, and Tim Stebbins.    And Scott Stebbins  
will be there flying Intermediate.
