[NSRCA-dist8] Flying stab

This may be of interest.
Having little experience with flying stabs I didn't know how much deflection
would be needed.
Bill Bowen told me last fall that the angle of a line from leading edge to
the elevator trailing edge would be about right.
My initial flights confirm this.
8 degrees of deflection gives a similar feel and response as a fixed stab
with elevator deflection of 20 degrees (see attachment).
