[NSRCA-dist8] Web site update

All,

I have updated the D8 web site with a lot of pictures from the Molalla contest as well as the contest results. 
I also updated the CanAm contest page and added more details about the frequency restrictions at the contest.
Please check it out and let me know if you have find any errors, also send me anything you would like posted on the site.

The Molalla contest was a blast and I look forward to seeing you all at the CanAm!
