[NSRCA-dist8] New Facebook site

Looks to me that there is the Calgary contest Aug.13/14th, that is also 
the weekend Victoria puts on thier Airshow. You would not get anyone 
from Victoria that weekend. My vote would be for Aug. 20/21.
