[NSRCA-dist8] NSRCA D8 Web Site

Tim,

I updated the site in January (www.nscra.org/d8). The updates were 
mostly the details from the last two contests, pictures etc. I also 
placed the schedule details that I had on the site as well. I will 
update the 2009 schedule soon with the latest information. Rex has 
entered the contest schedule on the main NSRCA calender as well.
