In reality Bill, we could do it whenever is convenient for everyone....  Ya,
that's the date that I got too.
The first contest is May 23, so anytime before that would be great...
EVERYONE..... we need some feedback on your availability for the judging
seminar.  April to mid May seems
to be what we are shooting for.  When are any of you NOT available?

Rex, 

Have you picked a date for the judging get together? The Dennys we go to
only has April 25th as of now not  a good date for some of us.
