[NSRCA-dist8] Web update

All,

I have updated the D8 web site will all the information I have on this 
seasons contests. Please review the site (www.nsrca.org/d8) and please 
let me know if you find any errors or things you would like added. The 
contest CDs should take a close look at the details page for there event 
and make sure I have listed the entry fee and all the details as you 
would like them. Please let me know ASAP if you need updates.

I have also updated the for sale page with some DZ fuel that Pavel has 
available, check it out.

I have also updated my scoring program. Anyone who is using my program 
will need this update. One of the windows updates to the operating 
system that happened around October of 2008 caused a compatibility 
problem that is addressed in this update.

Sorry for the delay in getting this site ready for the season. I hope to 
see you all at the judges seminar in May.
